My friend ordered directly from the website and didn’t use my link. Will I still earn my $10 reward?

If your friend doesn’t order from your unique link, you will NOT qualify for the $10 NativePath eGift card.

Where am I allowed to share my referral code?

Anywhere except in our Private NativePath Facebook Community.

What counts as a successful referral?

There are two things that need to happen for you to earn $10 from your friend’s order:

How many times can your friends or family use your discount code?

Your discount code can only be applied towards their first order.

What conditions must be met for you to earn the reward?

Your friend must spend a minimum of $40 at NativePath.com and enter your unique discount code at checkout.

How many NativePath eGift cards can I earn?

There’s not a limit at this time. As long as you keep sharing with friends and family, you can keep earning over and over again.

I referred friends and family in the past…can I get the credit for that?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to go back and credit for past referrals.

My friend made a purchase, but I haven't received my referral reward—why?

In order to protect against fraud, canceled, or refunded orders, there’s a 3-day delay between the time a friend makes a purchase and when you receive your reward by email.

How will I know when a friend uses my code?

Once a friend uses your code, you’ll be notified via email 3 days later.

I made a referral, but my friend hasn't received their email—why?

There are a few reasons your friend might not have received their email. The most common is that our program is for "New Customers Only" and that your friend's email is associated with a previous order within our store. Check with your friend to see
