What should I do if I receive a duplicate charge or an unauthorized order appears on my account?Updated a month ago

In the case of a duplicate charge, it's possible that two orders were placed. If you did not authorize an order, yet find one has been accidentally placed, we are able to help cancel this as long as it falls within our time frame for cancellations. Any orders canceled more than a set time ago will be refunded within a specified date range. Orders placed under that time frame will be voided, and the charge may not appear in your banking history. For exceptional cases resulting in overdrafts due to charges not authorized by the customer, we ensure proper cancellation and refund actions are taken to address the situation adequately.
